Returns, Exchange, Cancellation & Refunds
At STYLE QULTURE, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Every order goes through strict quality checks before shipping. However, we understand that unexpected issues may occur. Please read the following policy carefully to know your rights and responsibilities.
Important Updates
- Products purchased during sale events are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. All sale item purchases are final.
- Orders placed under promotional offers that include free products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized, altered, or custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Product Disclaimer
We strive to display product details, colors, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, and photography.
- Minor variations in color, finish, or measurements will not be considered defects.
- All size charts and measurements provided are approximate, but we work hard to keep them as accurate as possible.
1. Returns
We accept returns only in cases of misprinted, damaged, or defective products.
- If you receive such an item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Return requests made after this period will not be eligible.

- Once approved, we will arrange the pickup.
- Rs.100/- will be charged for return & exchange.
- Rs.59/- collected through COD, will be retained if order not accepted at delivery.
- After a quality inspection, we will confirm the acceptance of your return.
2. Exchange
We also offer exchanges in the following situations:
- Size Issues / Wrong Size Ordered: If the size ordered does not fit, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Non-Defective Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for reasons other than defects (such as style preference or wrong size), the request must also be initiated within 3 days by reaching us on https://styq.co.in/contact-us/
Exchange Terms:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Exchanges will only be processed after the returned product passes our quality check.
3. Cancellations
- Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- In such cases, no refund will be issued.
4. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, a refund will be issued once the courier/shipping partner confirms the status as “lost.”
- Approved Returns: Once we receive a returned product and it successfully passes our quality inspection, we will initiate your refund within 3 working days.
Refund Timelines:
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days after initiation.
- Please note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

STYLE QULTURE reserves the right to deny any return/exchange request if it does not meet the terms outlined in this policy.
Products that fail our quality inspection (e.g., used, washed, missing tags, or damaged by the customer) will not be eligible for return or exchange.
