12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct discussions. If such resolution is not reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration before a sole arbitrator jointly appointed by both Parties. The arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time, and shall be conducted in English. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both Parties.

  • STYLE QULTURE is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or unforeseen damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
